Hi Bill,

I wanted to give you the results of my battle with Lumber Liquidators. Installation of the entire project was completed last week. It is beautiful, a world of difference. They ended up using 50 lbs of leveling cement, the first installer used none. The remove and replace was done at no cost to us and they are reimbursing the inspection fee. Thank you for your report! It took me nine months to learn that your profession existed, I am thankful an installer recommended you. If not for your report I would not have been successful.
